About this Role
As Senior Manager of Lifecycle & CRM, you’ll lead a team of campaign managers and lifecycle specialists to develop and execute data-driven marketing initiatives. You’ll be hands-on with CRM tools, segmentation, and automation to maximize player engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of campaign managers and lifecycle specialists, ensuring high performance and strategic alignment.
- Develop and oversee lifecycle marketing campaigns, including onboarding, engagement, and reactivation flows.
- Implement and optimize CRM strategies across email and other channels.
- Oversee tagging, segmentation, and automation to personalize user experiences and maximize retention.
- Work closely with product and data teams to ensure proper event tracking and attribution.
- Analyze campaign performance and experiment with new approaches to improve engagement and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.
Key Qualifications
- Experience in lifecycle marketing and CRM, preferably in gaming, crypto, or high-volume digital environments.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of campaign managers and lifecycle specialists.
- Strong technical understanding of CRM platforms, segmentation, tagging, and automation.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, data, and design teams.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to iterate quickly.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications.
